「The lady Sue at the front desk was not very attentive while I was checking in was on the phone for a long time while I stood and waited and then when she got off the phone the phone runs again and she got back on the phone as if I was not standing there」

「Staff was made aware that the door to my room didnt lock and that the keypad didnt work, so basically my door was just unlocked all the time. Anyone could have just walked right in at any time. I was told basically that theres nothing they could do and that there were no other rooms to move me to until the day before i check out. Ive been here for three days already without a functioning lock on my door. 」

「The lake cabin was the perfect getaway for the weekend with some friends! Everything was as listing said and it was a very nice property. We brought our kayaks and the beach on the lake was perfect for putting in the water, nice and sandy. It was perfect in every way!」
