「There are no shopping facilities around.」

「Overall very good, staff were very attentive. Pool out of use for last week of stay and we were moved from room due to air conditioning fault. Which caused a mix up with our bill on checking out. Would return next time. 」

「It was great vacation we had with family. The food was great and service was extremely good with Mr Rajput at the Buffet restaurant was extremely polite and helpful. The rooms were perfect and we had very relaxing stay. Only thing missing was foot rest for the chair. It would have been super with that.」

「私たちは、レジャーでカラングートビーチに行きました。モンスーンの時期なので毎日雨という天気でしたが、敷地内のバンガローに宿泊しました。たまに停電が起きますが、エアコン、テレビ、も新しいもので、水回りも綺麗に整備されてました。レストランの料理もおいしく、特にシーフードのタンドーリMIXは気に入り、よく食べました。朝食も味、量共に満足出来ました。立地はバスターミナルから徒歩１０分程度でしたが１度分かってしまえば問題有りません。ビーチで土産物売りや、客引きに遭遇してもホテルの敷地がビーチまで伸びているので煩わしいようでしたら敷地に入り逃げ切るのも可能です。シーズンでしたらより快適な宿泊が出来ることでしょう。またカラングートに行く機会があれば泊まりたいホテルだと思います。」

「Check in look quiet long. Room allocated was of sub standard. Having complaint about this Aman promised to move us into another room next day with better pool view and condition of the room. Once we were moved Hussain look over and ensure that we were well looked after . Hussain also kept in touch with us on his day off. 「Staff were great, food was really good. Local to bars and shops, near the famous beaches of calangute. Great area, friendly and extremly helpful. Rooms were cleaned everyday and can be kept cold in the heat. 10/10. 」

「It was a good stay. Location amazing, happening street, right across the baga beach. The cleanliness needs to be better and the wifi is an issue.」

「Overall, our stay at Riva was pleasant, the beach was very convenient and clean, the staff were courteous, helpful and the resort is as green and lush as you could imagine. The spa was great, and the gym facility was readily accessible and clean. The resort and restaurants themselves are great, but have some strange policies- the resort refuses to give you a second room key which makes the stay quite inconvenient. The rooms have a button for DND, which disables when you take the room key out...

「Delightful hotel with friendly, helpful and courteous staff. My room was modern, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices. I also enjoyed a few delicious evening meals with a beer or two. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again in the future !」

「Property is very nice and peaceful. Right on the ocean though you cannot swim. Nice swimming pool. Staff very friendly close to lots of places Housekeeping missed our room due to miscommunication. Rest all good. Highly recommended. 」

「Good hotel with well maintained facilities. Rooms are spacious, excellent water pressure in shower and very good aircon. Our only negative comment would be the smell of sewage emanating from the bathroom drains. Sometimes it’s overbearing. Otherwise we loved everything about this hotel.」
