I had an exceptional experience at the Taj resort. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, happy and received anything we desired. They even went out of their way to mail back an item I left in the room after I checked out. Wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else if I travel to Goa again.

Everything was excellent about this property. But the thing stands out is the care and service by the employees. In particular Vincent and Sunil at the Kokum restaurant and Sanjiv at the poolside made it memorable for us and our kids. Best wishes and a wonderful 2024 to the wonderful people at Taj Fort Aguada

Great resort with excellent customer service. Food is good and caters to the clientele. There is no Goan food for those of us who cam Outside the resort is terrible with lack of approach road and order. Too many people walking on the road in absolute unsafe conditions. Lack of taxi cabs make travel very very expensive.

The property is located next to a fort (on a cliff) overlooking the sea. It has beautiful view of the sinquerim beach and the Arabian sea. The property is open and hence it has beautiful breeze in the evening. The SFX lounge is an a great place to hang out in the evening during sunset. One can also go up the hill to get a beautiful view of the bay and the sun set. The konkan restaurant also offers great buffet option with lot of options and high on taste.

Experience lifted by one single person!!

Sanjeev by the pool was our make it or break it. The service he provided was top class. He remembered the names of all the children and genuinely seems to care about the guests. Can’t give him enough stars.

Perfect Hotel in Goa, Unique Taj Experience

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. From the minute you enter the beautiful lobby with open views of the beach and landscape, you are immediately transported to a place of calm and relaxation. Breakfast every morning was fresh and delicious with many Indian and continental options. Sanjiv took great of us at the pool and the staff was extremely attentive to all our needs. I especially enjoyed the carnival experience the Taj put on for us. So much fun! A special touch were the daily gifts I found in our room from the staff. This hotel is a must visit!

Overall good. Not too happy about the restaurant service. Plus the rooms would often stink of the sea algae/sewer, not acceptable for a resort of this calibre and this cost.

We were a family of 4 with 2 boys aged 9 and 11. The restaurant staff went out of their way to cater to the foods the boys liked(both have very different tastes). We lost some swimming trunks at the pool. The pool manager found them and they were returned to us the next day. The room had a wonderful view to the ocean and a balcony where we could relax while watching the waves. Ultimately it was the staff that made this place so lovely.

TAJ AGUADA GOA NEW YEAR STAY

We stayed at Taj Fort Aguada in Dec 23 for new year. The stay was very pleasant with good food options and very nice service. I want to convey my special thanks to Mr Vincent who served us nice drinks during New Year Gala Dinner. Also, I want to mention Mr Sanjeev (swimming coach) who was very warm in receiving us at swimming pool and also made sure that our experience at pool remain pleasant. Thanks a ton! I would also like to mention that the property is almost 50 yrs old but is maintained very well with all the staff contributing equally.
