「Clean room, beautiful view, wonderful staff, AMAZING food, 10/10」

「The resort was fine. Some areas needed updating but overall the resort is in good condition and our stay was a good one. The main problem with our stay was the with about half (or more than half) of the staff members. Generally, they were just unfriendly and unwelcoming. The main complaint was the lack of communication on things happening throughout the resort and the food options. There were only two restaurants that were available without reservations and one of them was completely closed for a private event one night... leaving only the buffet. 」
