I had a great experience at the Pegasus Hotel it was great the room was amazing. The only little situation was the bathroom door didn't have a lock and was hard to close but other than that eveything and the staff were amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel

We arrived early and even though the room was not ready checking in was very courteous, friendly an professional. Our front desk person even traveled out to where we were relaxing near the pool bar lounge to let us know the room was ready and provided us with the room keys. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool area and the view of the Kingston downtown. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and more than we had expected with courteous staff. Overall a great stay and we plan on staying at the Pegasus on future trips.

The room was good and the staff was professional, polite, and helpful. The food was ok and could have been better. The service in the dining room and by the pool could have been better. It took time to just bring us drinks so maybe staffing can be accommodated around the holiday time. Other than that I had a good time.
