「Rooms need updating. Old feeling but very clean. Amazing location pool very clean and the access to beach is priceless. 」

「Beautiful ocean view from our room, we had the King Dunes. Very clean and staff was very friendly. Food and drinks at the pool bar were awesome. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back.」

「The indoor pool is down and looks like a pond. The grounds by the road really needs to be cleaned up because it looks like a garage truck exploded but I’m pretty sure the state is supposed to maintaining roads and ditches. Either way, I’d clean it if I owned the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.」

「Everything was good EXCEPT Wendy the check out lady this AM gave me that classic southern attitude of hey boy you got a dog. Hey boy your credit card declined when it clearly wasn’t. Why do people have to ruin a nice hotel stay especially when you’re having time and being polite. Meh.」

「The property is exactly as advertised. Exquisite design, clean, simply room furnishings. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We stayed for one night passing through town and I would stay here again. Food was amazing !!」

「I felt very welcomed when I entered the house to check in. Obviously it’s a bed in brew so I was offered a nice cold IPA even before I did my check-in. It’s a fun place to stay. There are others that don’t stay at the hotel that come just to drink so you have a lot of companionship if you want others to talk with while you’re having your beer.」

「Rooms were dirty with dirty floors. Everything looked neglected. Bathrooms were poorly equipped, rusty faucets, broken sinks, etc. Air/heat units were on the edge of going out, noisy and had to move rooms because one did not work.」

「It was a cozy space. Sadly, the weather was too cold to enjoy the pool and outdoor area. The beach was 3 miles away, a bit further than I thought since a golf cart was offered in the description. The shower was like a space capsule, strangest shower I have ever taken! There was a kitchen area with small appliances available for use. Host met us at check-in and was friendly. 」
