「This hideaway resort was fantastic, its not too far from the airport, the restaurants were great, food was decent, but this is not a cheap hotel and its not all-inclusive either, so be prepared. They have on-property activities and tours available on the hotel to book, so overall a good stay and i did enjoy my time there.」

「Considering the price of this hotel, it did not live up to my expectations. First off, when we arrived to our hotel room, the window was leaking water due to the rain. They gave us towels to soak up the puddles. Secondly, after my first night, I found a bunch of ants on my bed. I informed reception about this and they said they would change the sheets. After changing them, I noticed that the ants were still there and called them again. They arrived with ant repellent, spraying the entire bed...

「Beautiful resort, HOWEVER, if you aren't an entomologist you might not like your stay here. The doors don't seal, the windows don't seal, the outdoor shower doesn't seal, and that results in every bug and small animal in your villa. That is unacceptable for a "4 star" resort. While it wasn't the end of the world for us, having a June bug fly in your hair while in bed can be very unnerving or the squawk of a lizard on the ceiling at 3am can be annoying. We're not talking about a little gecko...
