「Staff were lovely throughout. No problems at all with the Hotel and it is really, really convenient for seeing Chester - our first time of visiting and we really enjoyed it. Used the train to get there and Uber to get around and it was all so easy. Would certainly like to go to Chester again and would definitely use the same hotel. PS Go to Chez Jules for a nice evening out.」

「Absolutely fantastic! Great vibe and every single staff member was very friendly. The room was very quirky and modern. I had requested a quiet room and was given a room on the 4th floor which was completely silent and the bed was so comfy. Breakfast was good with a great selection hot and cold food. The only not so good points were having to mess about dowoading and registering on the third party parking app. Great hotel I would certainly stay again」

「Lovely hotel and super dog friendly! The pool is a decent size and the other spa facilities looked nice although I didn’t use them. A couple of other nice pubs nearby to walk to. 」

「Great hotel- I was upgraded to a junior suite and it was superb. 」

「Room was clean. Looked like it had not long been decorated. Staff were friendly both at check in, when my autistic son was extremely tired and at check out. They have an on site cafe, which I didn't use but it smelt good. Services next door included a macdonalds. Will definitely stay again to break up a long journey.」
