"The room was spacious, large beds, ensuites and a lovely big living space. The lighting was a bit dim, more lamps would be good. Small things didnt work well, ie, no bedside lights, front door wouldnt lock (except for the yale), a bulb was out, we scouldnt get the phone to reception to work and wifi didnt work either. Some of the blinds need fixing too. However, lovely linen, comfy beds, great location and quiet. "

"We had a great stay at the Pied Bull. Beds were a little uncomfortable but overall the room was clean, cozy and perfect spot to stay during our three day stay in Chester. "

The car park is part of the racecourse parking and we were charged £10 for our one night’s stay but, if we wanted could have exited and entered as many times within 24 hours as we liked. Hotel room was clean but a little ‘worn’ in places. Great shower and breakfast."
