「We arrived at this hotel at 1:30am, and when arrived we saw that the hotel was very run down, (which we get it's older), but it was bad. we checked in for the weekend, We did not know there was a parking fee, when booking we did not see that anywhere. The room this is where is gets very interesting, We got assigned room 333, when we got to the door we did the key and the door would not open we had to slam our body into it to open almost had to kick it in, when we open the book it was like a...

「The hot tub and pool were great and they are open 24 hrs a day. The bad part was check-in; there was only one desk person and there were 10 people ahead of me, so it took a long time to check in; they should have had more workers since check-in time was 4pm. I was told that rates would be down after labor day, but the price for our 1st day was a lot lower than the last day, and we only stayed 4 days, and no friday and saturday stays.」

「I got the room with beach view and kitchen. I loved it. Easy beach access and very friendly staff. It’s not the fanciest, but it’s great old Panama City vibes」

「The hotel is right on the beach and the price was better than other hotels in the area. I’ve stayed here 3 times over the last 4 years and I keep coming back for the location and price. Staff are nice and accommodating. The building could use some upgrades but the hotel work on the rooms year over year.」

「Great place to stay on the beach with very nice amenities and a beautiful view of the ocean from your room. Great pool area, breakfast daily, and Starbucks coffee on site. Everything you need is near by as well. I will definitely be staying here again.」

「The beds were sheets from the previous guests. Not only were they wrinkled but also dirty. Property was not well maintained and needed much better maintenance and definitely housekeeping. I was sad to see a marriott on such an amazing beach and great location managed so poorly. :(」

「The room itself was very nice and comfortable. It offered a nice kitchenette and closet space. The rooms didn't get cleaned daily though. When asked by the staff about cleaning the room, we were told that the rooms get refreshed every two days. Ours didn't get refreshed until the third day. Also they charged a deposit for incidentals, and tell you that it is returned to you within 5 to 7 days but upon check out we discovered that we were actually charged $10 per day for parking that will not be...

「The view from the bedroom was magnificent. The rooms were very clean and the staff allowed us to check in before 4pm For a longer staying, more storage would be helpful and maybe a bistro table to have your coffee. The short walk to the beach and the parking available on both sides of the hotel were awesome.」
