Room was left unclean. Put us on bottom floor it rained and flooded the bottom floor. Lock on door wouldn't lock. The toilet leaked. No hairdryer and charged a $50 deposit that you get back in 5 to 6 days.

Pulled up it looked a little suspicious but checked in anyways… crack was so big in the door I could see outside. Toilet seat was peeling and flooring was scratched up. I immediately felt dirty. My child did not feel safe. 15 mins later I checked out. I couldn’t even bring myself to accept this. People were walking around as if they were on some type of drugs. WONT BE BACK.

All the staff was helpful friendly and so nice. I love the suite with the separate rooms my mother went on this trip and she was able to walk to the beach without issues. I had a small dog and the staff interacted with her I would have liked to have a separate chest in the second bedroom and ice available. But we made do I will definitely stay there again if it stays pet friendly

First off there literally was still sand on the floor, the shower was nasty, the water handle and spout moved quite a bit as you adjusted the water (very bad previous repair) and there was literally a hole in the bottom of the tub. The balcony door would not stay shut unless locked from the inside. Also the language difference of the cleaning staff is a problem, I specifically told a male cleaner that we did not need anything and my wife was sleeping as I left. He still proceeded to walk straight in the room to clean. I'm not saying he was being malicious in any was I'm just saying he must have not understood me even though he did shake his head and said OK. They seriously lack an adequate amount of luggage dolls, I literally only found 1 that was barely holding together.

I booked this property knowing that it was older and possibly outdated. The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, especially the ladies at the front check in. The beds and all of the furniture were very clean and there were no issues there at all. The view was absolutely stunning and right when I got into the room, I could see dolphins. The bathroom sink was clogged and there was a lot of rust all over the windows, patio, and around the air vents. Which I am aware that being right on the beach, things are way more susceptible to rust. The air conditioning did work but the vent just looked busted up. Which takes me back to it being an older property. There was a time when I went back to my room and saw three men in my room, which as a woman traveling, somewhat frightened me. I know requesting house cleaning was an option but I never requested it. I walked in and one of them was just flipping through the television. They were very nice but it just uncomfortable due to me not expecting to come back to my room with people inside of it. Also, there were no luggage carts? I didn’t see a single one but I do believe that was due to it being bike week and there were a lot of people. That wasn’t a problem for me, but I did just feel the need to say that in case you bring a lot of stuff, you may have to make a few trips unloading and loading your stuff. Overall, I would book here again and thats mainly because it’s one of the most affordable beach front properties in PCB.

Honest review... we were worried because of some of the negative reviews but decided to book because it was in the area we wanted to stay in and was the only dog friendly property we could park our trailer at. I am very happy we did. Our room was ready when we arrived (hour early we forgot about the time difference). It was surprisingly very clean! We have no complaints at all about the cleanliness. We were even offered more towels if we needed them, and they knocked on our door and offered to exchange them on day 2. We had a beautiful view of the beach for sunrise/sunset. Coffee is free and fresh in the mornings, the pool was nice and the dog walk area stayed clean as well. The location was perfect for us we could walk to breakfast and dinner spots and it was very centrally located to all the bike events. We are happy with our stay. That being said it is an older property. It is not a 5 star property so do not expect it to offer concierge service and valet parking it does not. If that's what you want you won't be happy. But for a reasonably priced value hotel it is good for the price. Our only complaint is the ice machine (only 1) was broken and if it wasn't you have to pay for the ice. Everyone working there was super friendly and helpful Katelyn and Ty helped me when I had a booking issue, everyone I met at the front desk was friendly, the maids were great and the young man who helped me locate a luggage cart was sweet as well.

After reading the reviews and seeing the rating, I wasn't expecting much. I wasn't disappointed. For me, the oceanfront location made up for what the facilities lacked in appearance. This place offers a great oceanfront view at a reasonable price, in comparison to other beachfront properties. This is not a place of luxury. You get decent accommodations (my bathroom was in need of a reno), at a decent price. Expect quiet during the week with a more noisy crowd on weekends. The staff was always helpful and I enjoyed my stay.

It is just a very old hotel. Front staff were fine but overly friendly. It was inexpensive and you get what you pay for. We only were there for one night but I would not book it again, especially if I were staying several days. I prefer a newer location on a quieter part of Panama City Beach.

Every thing was okay for the first day but after that we couldn’t open the balcony door for the smell of pot . It got so bad that it was even coming in through the air unit . We ended up leaving a day early. On the second night we didn’t get much sleep for the people next to us yelling and slamming doors.

It isn't the Hilton but it worked for me. The beach is right there and who spends time in the room. The water for a shower was good, toilets worked, beds were good and not noisy. Enjoyed my stay.

My wife carries wioes with her everywhere she goes and when she wiped table top when we walked in she started going crazy when we walked into the bathroom she used another wife disgusting floors toilets and faucets We walked toward the exit to the balcony opened the balcony and you could see rice grains and dust on room floors She used a wipe on the floor and filthy yet again those floors have never seen water or mop

Clean room the floor needed a good mopping but other than that it was clean. The staff was helpful with whatever questions we had. Perfect beach view and has beach access right at the hotel. Nice pool. Parking was sometimes packed but it was alright. Ice machine on property it does cost money. And a small store at the front office. Rooms do have a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker and blow dryer.

1 luggage cart for the entire building that doesn’t roll properly, the room was clean but the walkways and elevator are not. Constant strong smell of pot. Affordable place to stay but don’t expect a whole lot.
