"We stayed while going to the Padres game. It was a very convenient location. Bar closes at 10. We didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast or use the free drink voucher. Room was clean and had lots of drinks/food available to purchase . Bathrooms had glass doors for the toilet and shower which was a bit awkward for two friends sharing a room."

"This is absolutely the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I booked it on Expedia and the pictures looked gorgeous. I got to the hotel and although check in was easy, that was the only good thing about the entire stay. The rooms don’t look like the pictures at all, it’s clear they used professional pictures to compensate for how old the rooms are. My room which was a nonsmoking room stunk of cigarettes. Not only that but the corner above the curtains had water damage and black mold along with a spider family. The room was filthy, there was no blanket, and the fridge was open so I couldn’t even put my food in it because it wasn’t cold. I called and asked for another room and thankfully was able to get one. I had to walk to the complete opposite side of the hotel to get another gross room- fridge open, shower head absolutely gross, no blanket on the bed, no trash bags in the trash, hair in the sink, and hair and stains on all the towels, and although no cigarette smell, a musty smell. But the absolute worst part was this box on the top of the wall that emits a very powerful blue light. So bright that you turn the lights off and can still see everything in the room as if the lights were still on. I literally could not sleep. I felt so gross the entire time I was here- gave motel6 vibes. I was also relaxing in my room and someone shoved a menu through my door and scared the sh** out of me. Literally the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and I’m constantly traveling."

"I booked this reservation over a month in advance, I’d like to say 2 months almost. Once I checked in, Owen helped me. He was rude off the start. I asked if there was a possibility of being in a room facing the city/ ocean side. He said the room he was giving me was their last one. I said if there’s anything he can find please, he chuckled and said there’s nothing left. I said ok and asked if the pool was working, he said no. I asked if he knew when it would be up and running again since I’d be there for more than one night. He said “I don’t know you could keep checking”. I was caught off guard but I had been on the road for so long so I brushed it off. He abruptly asked if I was parking in their garage, I asked if there was a fee. He said yes there’s an additional fee or if not I could find somewhere else. I asked if I’d be able to park outside and he said he said he didn’t know and to follow whatever the street signs say. I said okay and just grabbed my keys and went to my room. No friendliness, information about the amenities, parking, or my stay (unless I asked). The next day I had gone to the front desk to request more towels, as I waited in line overheard him speaking to a Spanish speaking older guest and as the guest was struggling to explain an issue. Owen looked at him and said “I can’t understand anything you’re saying”"
