「The Arya Blu is a good place to syay. You are always greeted with a smile and treated courteously by all staff. If you need anything at all just notify the staff and theyvwill assist you. One of the better places to stay if you want a relatively inexpensive va ation. Right on the beach. Has a nice pool. You can walk to a lot of the locals places. FUN AND AFFORDABLE! Can't be beat.」

「If I have any suggestions at all, it would be update the main bathroom toilet as it sits a little low and it was wobbling. The couch also could be updated as it sunk way down. Otherwise I love the people at the front desk, super friendly and kind. The facility was clean and enjoyed the pool. I still give it a 5 because I wasn’t there to sit on the couch anyway. 」

「In need of serious updates throughout interior rooms and exterior. Could be a gem with some fresh updated paint, new light fixtures and appliances. Seawall reconstruction incomplete. Ongoing noise M-F from construction equipment. No direct beach access. New manager John very friendly and accommodating. 」

「This property has a beautiful 8.5ft deep pool right on the beach. There is a dollar store right across the street which is convenient! The rooms have Kitchen’s in them so if you’re on a budget this is an excellent place to stay. The staff were all very nice people. I felt safe staying at this hotel. I couldn’t hear my neighbors above or below me. It was very peaceful. 」

「Property is very outdated and anything but clean. I was embarrassed to have chosen it. Location is good but the pool and ocean access had said it was repaired and it wasn't. Never again here.」

「This property had not a single plug in the bathroom and we had to unplug other items throughout the place to have an outlet. We went out and purchased powerstrips and extension cords. Other than that clean and good communication.」

「First off I love the fact that every room is different well every studio or apartment is completely different I have stayed in a few and they where all different style wise. They where all very well kept and it's not a big place which makes it even better. It was quite and the people that I had seen where very polite and you don't see that very often at places around here! They where helpful when it came to not charging a resort fee if you stayed in the same room. Only thing I didn't like is...
