"We loved our stay at this hotel. The lounge area with complimentary snacks and drinks, including alcohol was great. Breakfast every morning was awesome as well with choice of a hot meal and buffet. We stayed in a standard room which was small, but clean had everything that we needed. Service and hotel staff were great. Location was good as well with subway access only a couple minutes walk away, which you could then connect to any train station that you wanted. Highly recommended hotel and would stay here again. "

"This place is absolutely incredible! First of all it’s beautiful, calm, and relaxing. It’s in a great location and an easy walk to cute shops and restaurants and marketplaces. The bus system is very fast, convenient and the trains and the train stations are much easier to understand than Shinjuku! You can definitely use this as a nice base to go deeper into Kyoto, where all the Matcha shops are and over to the Fushimi Inari Temple. The floor beneath the lobby has a beautiful spa- like bath and the hot water was amazing after walking 25,000 steps a day! The rooms are much bigger than others we found in Tokyo and the beds are super comfy. We definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay here again."

"The hot springs spa was amazing and very useful. It had different options for you to soak in from very hot to not so hot. I loved the hot pool with the cold bar to rest your head on. It made the experience that much more exciting. Overall very good time there and will definitely come back."
