"The location is right in the heart of the action. Even though it is loud outside, you don’t hear too much if you are on high enough of a floor. Clean rooms. Not too much of a wait for the elevators."

"Upon arriving at the hotel, the staff were pleasant and helped us with the check in process. The room was clean and comfortable. The community microwave was nice to heat upon previously purchased food on the day we needed to stay in due to the typhoon. Only thing is there isn’t much around the area. Our main reason for staying at this hotel was to attend 2 Yomiuri Giants games. Walking will bring you to eateries and grocery shopping. Nice to have a Konbini in the hotel and across the street. Would stay here again."

"Great place to stay right next to a lot of the main things in Shinjuku. Small room, but typical size in Japan. Very clean and well/maintained place."

"Solid hotel for a budget, rooms are way too small though. Have to use key card to turn on electricity, air flow not the best. Stay a few nights but never an entire week"

"Love love love this hotel!! From the friendly helpful check in/out, the absolutely fabulous breakfast buffet and Japanese tatami room futons, with stunning views, to eco-friendly products, it was a true wonderful experience as our first night in Japan. Definitely would stay here again next time but longer. Staff were exceptional and made us feel very welcome and we were grateful for their helpful transportation advice!"
