"A fantastic spot to spend a week in Tokyo - great location approx 10-15 min walk from Ebisu and Hiro-o station so very well connected. Compact but comfortable living space and kitchen - well appointed bathroom. We did have an odd request to stay away from the neighbours as they didn’t like foreigners however this did not impact our stay at all and we did not meet said neighbour.We would happy stay here again "

"This was tucked away, but very close to everything we needed! The rooms were small, but that was expected, we had enough room to do everything we needed to do and were within walking distance of everything we wanted to be close to! What a great stay highly recommend this place!"

"Our family of two adults and one child called this property home upon our arrival into Tokyo and couldn't have asked for a better location. It's easy walking distance to several subway stops, the Shibuya area, and a number of local coffee places, restaurants, and shops. It was easy to find, easy to check in to, communication was great, and the personalized note and water/snacks waiting for us was a nice touch. The property itself was very clean and everything was easy to use. Highly recommended...

"We were a large group of 8 people. This is a small two story, narrow place with a third lower height attic/loft. The place was fairly clean but the first night we heard a critter in the walls, probably a mouse or rat. We heard it is common in older houses to have that issue but it did throw us off. There are no separate rooms or doors to close. It’s basically dormitory style. It was fine for what we needed but wouldn’t be our preference and we will not be staying here again."

"This place is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It is located near a main transportation hub so you can easily make it to anywhere in the city. There are plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. It’s three stories with steps so keep that in mind if you have mobility problems. It was great for us though, the two granddads took the top floor while the three teenagers had the bottom, with the kitchen - living room area separating us.
