「Great location convenient to all that Montrose has to offer. Cat was very quick to respond to my ask to change the air conditioning temperature (controls are locked for guests). Kitchen seemed well stocked with the essentials and bathroom was as well with the exception of toilet paper. We only had one roll for 3 days and it unfortunately ran out as we were packing up to leave with none in the cabinet or linen closet. Always leave a backup roll!! 「My family loved our stay in this beautiful house. The views were amazing. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Even on a hot day, the home was cool and comfortable. The owners are kind and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and at home. We also loved the personal art collection on the walls!」

「We stayed here for a three day golf tournament. The house is clean, bright and has great amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything in Montrose. It was a perfect place to stay and we will return in the future. The only thing we would have like would have been to park in the garage, which is not available for use (our own fault - we missed reading that detail in the listing). 」
