"Exceptionally clean and pleasant accommodations. We are 60+ and thoroughly enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The bathroom and mini kitchen was very neat and clean. We slept incredibly well during our stay and the bed was very comfortable. As a further enjoyment watch for the deer near the northeast corner of Niagra and 6700. They were in the little patch of trees everyday! Thank you Catherine for the accommodations."

"Cute cottage with awesome views of the San Juan Mountains—uncompahgre peak, Sneffels, etc. Eight horses, ducks, goats, a pig in the petting zoo. Host Diana was a delight to work with. We knew the location so brought food rather than drive into Montrose or Ridgway for meals. Hope to get back for a Fall leaf season visit in Ouray County."
