Hotel was dated but very clean and nice. Hotel staff were warm and friendly. Breakfast was great. Would recommend staying here price is very good as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet, nice, located conveniently for our trip to Ouray Springs the next day. Enjoyed the hot tub. Appreciated the proximity to food and the highway to the Million Dollar Highway.

This is a good clean, mostly well-maintained hotel. The manager is very good and very pleasant. My only criticism is that breakfast was a bit short on choices.

Rundown, old building with overpriced rates. No upkeep done with the high prices they charge. No auto open button at front door for wheelchair users. Just very poorly maintained.

I was there for four nights and my room was never cleaned, no fresh towels or wash clothes. The sheets were really thin and pulling off the mattress .Three feet of the vinyl baseboard in my room was peeled off and laying the floor. The breakfast provided wasn’t very good so I ate breakfast elsewhere. The hot tub jets were shooting above the water level. I’ve stayed at many Quality Inns and Suites over the years and was always happy with my stay. No more!

We were told that Expedia payment didn’t go through. Instead of waiting, even though we had proof and they knew we paid, they would let us check in. After a long day of driving, we had to sit in the lobby calling customer service and chat. They both indicated this was normally done by hotel staff. Even though they knew we were sitting there, when the customer service called from Expedia, they put them on hold. Finally got checked in, but would have stayed elsewhere if we could have gotten a refund.

Besser als die allgemeine Bewertung

Ich hatte keine großen Erwartungen an das Hotel durch die Expedia Bewertung. Das Hotel war aber besser! Die Zimmer waren groß, sauber, die Betten breit und nicht zu weich. Das Hotel war ruhig. Also alles, worauf es ankommt. Zum Frühstück gab es mehr, als viele andere Hotelketten morgens anbieten.

The bed was awful. The indoor pool was ice cold. The breakfast was terrible. The eggs were extremely gross. Just add water. The sausage was the same way.. we have stayed there several times in the past but it has never been this bad. They definitely need to step out up a little. This place gives best Western a bad name. Also the guy a art the dear is always rude. He always says he doesn't have any king rooms left when you call and ask,, so he tries to sell you a suite for more money.., but you can immediately get on expedite and order a king room and magically they have one available. This is the 3rd time I've done this with him so bear. This guy is a swindler.

The property was okay, it is an older motel and dated, but was clean. I don't know if something was going on that weekend in Montrose, but we paid over $180 for one night in a room that should have been $100 per night. The manager there in the morning was wonderful, due to COVID they could not open the breakfast area until 7 am but I needed coffee at 6:30 and he was happy to oblige, I was thankful for that :) If the price was more in line with the property, I would rate it higher.

wont stop here again.

The staff did not offer much at breakfast. No fruit or cereal. The choices were toast muffin or yoghurt? Ended up going next door to McDonald’s for an oatmeal.

Nice property overall but I was pretty dismayed by the fact that there was zero maid/cleaning service between night 1 and 2 of my stay. Bed wasn't made, dirty towels on the floor, trash can full of trash
