Breakfast is minimalistic, but functional. Rooms are newly renovated and very clean. Location is convenient. One condition (it is listed, fairly) to keep in mind that all arrivals after 8pm and especially after 10pm must be prearranged in advance. Keep this in mind. Staff is friendly, WiFi worked well

I have stayed here one other time and plan on staying again soon, and it’s one of my favorite places to stay while traveling. I drove an extra hour just to get away from the hustle and muscle Grand Junction and to stay in a place that has really comfortable beds and don’t have to worry about noisy people above me. The staff is so friendly, including their little dog Monte. While the breakfast may be light, the little snacks, excellent coffee, and friendly hospitality are priceless in my opinion! I am looking forward to my next stay here and I’m so grateful to have had a clean and comfortable place to stay while traveling!
