「WOW! The views from this condo are beautiful complete with a walking trail along the river right outside the building. The parking spot is perfect,literally straight into the parking garage.We had plenty of room to spread out and then gather together for movie nights and popcorn ( which our host provided) thank you. Clark’s market is just around the corner and gourmet. BONUS: our pup got to come on mini peak foliage vacay with us!We WILL be back . 」

「Great for a large group. We had 8 adults and 3 kids 3 and under, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The location was great right off of main street in Ouray. The kitchen was well equipped for our large group and the pool table downstairs was fun. 」

We loved having the fireplace on during breakfast, the bed was super comfy and the shower gets nice and hot. Perfectly cordial and fast communication with the owner as well. We’ve stayed at about 8 VRBO’s around the country and the communication from the host/manager was the best ever. Timely and complete info. Wouldn’t hesitate to try and book this if available on a future trip to Ouray.」
