Very nice place

We enjoyed the sites from the San Juan Mountains to the Black Canyon. This place is close to everything you need from retail stores to great restaurants. We will definitely book again when we return.

We really enjoyed this place in downtown Montrose, comfortable, efficient and close to everything. Just still wishing we could have figure out how to use the high-tech induction cooktop as it would have made our home-cooked meals a much better experience.

We loved our Stay at the house. It was pretty easy to communicate with the owner and check in process was easy. House was nice and clean. Kitchen had all the basic amenities. I would recommend everyone to stay at this place.

This property is blocks from downtown Montrose with easy access to the San Juans to the south, the Uncompahgre Plateau to the west, Grand Mesa and the Colorado National Monument to the north, and the Curecanti National Recreation Area to the east. Always nice to have a king bed. Perfect place, roomy, comfortable and right in town but on a quiet street. Has everything needed. I'm a frequent short term renter and this is one of the nicest, I like a place that makes me feel at home.
