「I rented the Carriage house for my two children and myself while my Sister and Brother rented the main house for their families. We were all on the same property, with plenty of room and gathering space. The Carriage House is updated, great AC, and wonderful studio apartment feel. Next time I am in town to visit family, I will look to see if the carriage house is available to stay at again!」

「Catulpa Cottage is a hidden treasure. It was just perfect as a home base for us for our hiking adventures off Kebler Pass. Mornings on the deck and evenings by the fire pit capped our days. Visits to nearby wineries and breweries were an added treat. The Cottage is well furnished and had everything we needed. It was very functional as well....with a spacious kitchen and bathroom and plenty of room for all of our gear.」

「This place worked well for our group of three adults and a dog. Lots of space for us to hang out. We were there for a bike ride in Palisade and it was a short drive to downtown Palisade and the wineries. The neighborhood itself wasn't especially great - no restaurants within pleasant walking distance and the traffic noise was noticeable - but we felt safe there. We couldn't get the TVs in the bedrooms to work but we didn't contact anyone with property management for help so maybe we were doing...
