Welcome to Montrose and welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom featuring updated furnishings- and sleeps 8 people.

The home is in a quiet neighborhood on the south side of own only minutes from the Bridges Golf Course. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, and a private bathroom with a jacuzzi garden tub and separate shower. The home has two additional bedrooms and an additional bathroom.

The beautiful backyard is fenced with outdoor living space. The home also has central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a two-car garage available for use for guests.

We used this as a home base for a few days of sightseeing. It's a nice house in a nice neighborhood. A great place to relax after a busy day.

Pre-hunting accommodations

Very nice, clean house in a nice neighborhood close to town. Plenty of beds for our group, nice kitchen and living room for socializing. Worked out great to allow us to get ready for our upcoming hunting trip. Hope to be back again next year.

weekend golf tournament

Rhonda was very communicative and available. The house was clean and had all of our needs. We were in town for a wedding, so were weren't there that much, but the location was perfect and close to everything.

Justin's wedding weekend

My husband, daughter, son-in-law and I came to Colorado for our son's wedding. The property was very clean and well kept and was located in a nice neighborhood. It was also very close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Great place to stay. Nice property, everything provided. Private 3 bedroom home with yard and patio. Good neighborhood. Good location for restaurants, shopping and access to highways for travel to all the places you want to go to in the area. Great host with excellent communication. Great stay in Montrose

This is a great property offering plenty of space, bedrooms, blankets, towels, and kitchen items. Everything from booking, to check-in and check-out was easy and seamless. I ended up adding one night after the fact, and communication with the property manager was fast and easy. All good things to say. Spacious, quiet property located closet to grocery stores, downtown, and the parks. Thank you!

Good base to go to Ouray

We had a great time at your property. Everything was a good experience. The only thing that would have been better is one more bathroom as we had 6 adults, but 3 beds 3 baths is hard to find in your area. But I would recommend this property to my friends and family.
