"Very basic hotel room. Clean but had a weird smell that was distracting but not completely off putting. The bathroom was newly remodeled and nice. No staff on site, entry via keyless entry. Steep staircase to all rooms might be difficult to manage with large or heavy luggage, or for those with mobility issues. Beautiful Mountain View. Overall a pleasant one night stay"

"When we arrived we had the door code and the hosts had contacted us by text and VRBO messages about any additional services that were willing to help out with. We were in Silverton for our daughter’s wedding. We wanted a house that was comfortable enough for our immediate family but had room for extended family to stop by and visit. This was the ideal place. Close enough for family to walk from the hotels or their rentals. The kitchen/dining area was perfect for sitting for a meal and visiting. On the wedding day the bridal party had breakfast and the bride’s maids got ready upstairs. The separate sitting area up there was great for them to be separate from family doing cooking and prep for the reception. I wished the weather was better so we could fully enjoy the covered patio. I will say if you’re a train fan you couldn’t get any closer. I would rent this property again."
