The General Palmer Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"I liked the charm and style of the hotel. Only complaint would be I awoke at 0400 and could hear an audible hum while laying on my pillow. Sounded mechanical like the floor below air-conditioning or something. I couldn't hear when sitting up just laying down. Like it was coming through the framework of the building. Otherwise fantastic stay. Great staff"
Durango Lodge
10/10 Excellent
"For an old hotel, it was great! Beds were comfy, rooms very clean, and everything was nearby! We loved it for a fun weekend:)"
Boundary Hotel By Terra Vi Durango
10/10 Excellent
"What an interesting and great place to stay! I could tell it used to be a chain motel, so I looked it up and it used to be a Days Inn. But you would never know it by how much money and care they have put into modernizing it. I am an older, middle-aged woman, but it is probably geared towards younger active men. The fun part was the modern turntables in each room, and you could check out old records for free at the front desk. Duran Duran, and Barry Manilow for me! My only issues were the bathroom door, which couldn’t be left open so it got a little steamy after my shower, and the fairly thin walls but what can you do. There is a food truck plaza just to the north, which had the most incredible pizza, highly recommend it!"
