"Checkin was great, front desk staff were nice. They provide popcorn and cookies in the dining area during the day and breakfast is good. The pool area is small. The king suite with the pullout was a little dirty, mainly the couch. The air conditioning is the old style, wall mounted by the window, which made is hard to circulate in the entire suite."

"Generally the hotel overall does need a bit of a face-lift. It is quite dated! However my husband and I had a very spacious room, with a small refrigerator, a microwave and a small terrace leading to the river and river walk. Very quiet and scenic! The hotel is dog friendly, many dogs were there, but sound proofing must be good, because we never heard any noise. Our room would have been perfect for a doggie family, Bruno could go straight to the grass, without going through the hotel. If you plan to use the microwave, take your own microwaveable containers, none are provided."

"This is a older hotel and does not have a lot of space in the room, but the room was very adequate for us. Nice size bed and plenty of space in bathroom. The four star was due to the check-in person. We all have a bad moment at times. Nice location and quiet which surprised me. I would stay there again."
