Refrigerator made terrible noise had to unplug it and not use it. Reported it and nothing was done , still in the same position I had left it in . Got poor sleep. Couldn’t change room because it was booked up.」

「We stayed in room 7. The AC is plugged into a converter which gets so hot, it trips. So the AC turns off, the the converter turns back on so the AC turns back on and makes a beep. That goes on every 10 mins or so u til the converter completely overheats and shuts everything down for an undetermined amount of time. After leaving the AC on all day while we were gone, we came back to a room that was hotter than the outside temperature and it smelled so bad. At this point it was too late to do...

「This place is in a great location. Beautiful sunsets from the floating patio where you can sit for ours rain or shine. Short walk to the beach and a couple eateries. The lobby is very kool with a big ocean vibe and beautiful decor. My sister had a room on the first floor that was very comfortable with a modern ocean decor and the bathroom was very nice.
