The Ocean Club Resort resonates with southern charm. Built in the Charlestonian style of architecture, the open living space of the villas harmonizes with the magnificent maritime environment. All villas have fully equipped kitchens, 1-2 bedrooms, 2 baths, washers/dryers and balconies. As the coastal destination resort, The Ocean Club offers every amenity. Access to the soundside fishing pier and launch areas for kayaks and paddleboards is also available. Grilling is just a few steps away via community park grill access. Featuring 3 pools including a gated Oceanfront heated pool, Soundfront pool, and children's pool, there is no end of things to do at the resort. For those who want to explore the Crystal Coast, shopping, dining, golf, eco-touring, charter wind surfing, fishing and scuba diving are just a few of the activities available nearby.

Community Amenities Include:
(Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay).

-3 Pools including gated, heated Oceanfront Pool and Soundfront Pool with Children's Pool, Hot Tub (hours: 9:30am - 10pm daily; pools closed Jan-Feb; hot tubs open year round)
-Soundfront Pier with kayak/paddleboard launch area
-Each building is equipped with an elevator
-Private beach access
-Outdoor park grill area with picnic tables
-Security on site much of the season

-Parking Allowance is for Two Vehicles Only.
-Parking Pass required for parking.
-Check-In and parking pass pickup are at the Emerald Isle Rental Office.
-Boat/Trailer and/or or overflow Parking are Not Permitted at the Complex.
-Check-in is 4:00 PM - no exceptions.

Ocean Club P104 is a first floor Soundfront 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo overlooking the pool and boasting beautiful views of the sound. The condo is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience and there are four flat-panel TVs for your entertainment. Enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry so you won't have to travel far to make sure you've got dry beach towels for tomorrow! The fully-equipped kitchen includes an oven, a refrigerator with an attached ice maker, a microwave, and a dishwasher, as well as extras like a coffee maker and blender - hello, beachside smoothies!

Bedroom #1 with King Bed, TV, Private Bath. Bedroom #2 with Queen Bed, TV, access to Shared Bath. Bonus Room with 2 Twin Beds, TV, access to Shared Bath.

*This condominium is on the first floor. The view may vary from season to season due to foliage, storms or natural dune movement. While viewing the photographs for this property, please note that some photos may be labeled "common view for complex" and may not be the actual view. Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

Clean

Having to pick up keys vs. a code no contact check in would be more convenient and traffic is terrible going back to drop keys off at checkout. No k-cup coffee machine in the condo. Bring your own toilet paper is a must. Nice clean condo. We will book again but bring coffee machine and good toilet paper.
