「Great quiet place away from the beach. 」

「We truly like our stay. And I'd highly recommend to those who want to stay close to the nature, to relax or to recharge oneself. Their property is in a quiet and peaceful location. With plants of all kinds around, it is the spot to slow down and rewind. We wish we could have longer period to stay and explore the area. The host is very friendly and nice, as well as respect privacy. 」

「This is absolutely perfect if you want to sleep under the redwood trees. You can lie in bed and look through the skylight at the trees way above you. The cabin is just above a creek so you can hear the small rapids water sounds. The owners and other renters were very friendly and welcoming. We have already booked our next year stay. We love this place.」

「First impression was surprise, we did not realize the rental is actually attached to another property (duplex), so we thought we were at the wrong location. The unit is at the rear of the building with full time residents up front. The owners were very communicative and apologized for any confusion. 「Host double booked on VRBO and other major house sharing platform. I had booked 2 months in advance (and paid) but got notice 3 hours before checking in ( was in a plane heading there) that “sorry” but could not take me that they would honor a cancellation like they were doing me a favor. They basically told me I could not stay and it was their fault it was double booked. I had to rebook at a hotel at double price because it was a busy weekend. VRBO sucked in helping. Beware. 「We really liked the location of this property. It was a 7 minute walk to the San Jose McEnery Convention Center. There were plenty of seating areas and the decore was fun and inviting. We loved the large couch in the living room and we loved the large countertop in the kitchen. The shower in the master bathroom was touchy and I ended up taking a cold shower, however, my friends took a shower in the other bathroom and had plenty of hot water. 「The accommodations were nice. Close location to Levi stadium and being in midtown, stores and restaurants were close by. Only critique would be the place could use some new pots and pans for cooking and a new shower head for main bathroom. Somewhat unfortunate that the property next door was doing home improvements and started cutting concrete right outside the window at 7:30 am each morning. My truck was covered in concrete dust, but this was no fault of the place I rented, just my usual luck. 」
