「We had an easy entry, and helpful guidance to the property expectations. We plan on going back again. Close to many areas we needed to go to,easy location to and from the airport.」

「This property is a little gem among the bigger condos. Lovely landscaping for each unit. Small kitchen but has everything you need. Walkable to dining options and to the beach area. Would definitely come back again in the area. 」

「Would stay here again. The perfect size for my family of three which included my two year old. The courtyard was great for my son to run around while being in an enclosed area. The garden was beautiful and a nice neighborhood to walk around. I also have a walking disability so the area was flat enough for me to get around.」

「Had we known all of the doorways were less than 6’ tall we would have passed on this quaint little cottage. Other than that we enjoyed the location, having bikes available, walking on all the great paths up and down the coast and around the bay.」

「This was the perfect location for our family. The teens could come & go as they please since we were just one house off the boardwalk. House was fantastic too. Nothing fancy but just what we needed. Plenty of room for our family to hang out in the evening & watch movies. We had a couple minor issues but Mike was extremely helpful & quick to communicate. 「The cottage was beautiful and true to the listing it was a short walk to the beach. We brought our two dogs with us, which was great to find a place that allowed pets. It was nice having a full kitchen, though I didn’t read prior to that there was no microwave. But that would be the only negative I have. I also am not sure if I just couldn’t figure out the pull out couch situation (not enough bed space with my wife and baby). I tried to see handles to pull out a bed but didn’t see any. It might...

The garden is spectacular and a wonderful place to gather. The host was responsive and gave great recommendations for local food and activities. Feedback for improvements: 1 dresser drawer was in need of reinforcement. I was afraid my clothes were too heavy for the bottom. More plants would be nice on the patio but that’s just me.」

「We knew we wanted to stay in OB to hang at Dog Beach, and I chose this place because of the proximity to the beach (maybe a 4 minute walk), and the dog washing station! This property has street parking and isn’t so bad if you time it right (wait for people to go to work and you’ll get a close spot). The property is set back from the street and quiet. Most importantly the Windnsea beach! -Great view from rooftop -Hot tub has a fun little grotto feel, perfect for 2 people. -Game room is a nice touch complete with Laundry! -Roku System was useful for evening movie viewing -Tiny but mighty kitchen Cons: -Pictures need to be updated, especially the rooftop.
