「夜中に真上のプールサイドで何か工事をしているらしく、騒音がうるさくてよく眠れなかったです。」

「My a/c went out on the last night. I called twice to have them send an engineer to repair. No one came. It was 80 degrees so I had the overhead fan on overnight. When I checked out the next day, I complained to them about the hot humid room and lack of follow up about repairing it, but the front desk just said “sorry” and handed me my receipt. There was also a lot of noise from next door and room above: voices and running footsteps.」

「プールがたくさんあり、景色も最高です。 リニューアルされた部屋で綺麗で満足でしたが、部屋の中にムカデ、芋虫が出ました。 その後虫が気がかりでくつろげませんでした。 また、夕方外出から戻ると、部屋の清掃がされていませんでした。 その点が残念なところです。 」

「ビーチ直結でお部屋はとても良い感じでしたが、レストランは微妙かもしれません。」

「The facility is pristine and staff both very pleasant and efficient. If you are staying to attend an event at the convention center the walk is about 25 minutes although it is an easy walk. 」

「このホテルは電話が通じず緊急連絡方法がない。全てショートメールを送るシステムで、そのショートメールも通信状況が悪くてなかなか送れない。ルームサービスを頼むこともできず、翌日は清掃がされていなかったがショートメールでタオルをもらうことくらいしか対応してもらえない。ベイビューの部屋は２Fだがエレベータ無し、ベルもいないので重い荷物を自分で運ぶ。快適とは言い難い。」
