「Upon checking in at 1AM, I found out that I had a double booking with the hotel because the night manager on duty had told me about it. Because it was not showing up on my Expedia account, he was kind enough to contact Expedia to resolve the issue. Without his assistance, I would have been double charged without my knowledge, and I can only express my appreciation for such extended service for the very late arrival guest. Thank you!!!」

「ブラトルボロの中心にあり、車で訪れたが駐車場は至近距離にあり、隣はナチュラルco-op、また歩いて数分のところにレストランも複数あり、とても便利。しかも部屋からは山の紅葉や街の様子が楽しめて快適でした。朝食はロビーでカンタンに済ませることができ、映画を見るならポップコーンをタダで作ってくれます。田舎のブティックホテルはサービスも部屋もあまり期待できないかと思いましたが、ここはスタッフも対応が暖かく、ほのぼの和みました。」

「I ,with my family, arrived this hotel after 6 hours drive. However staff said she can’t find our reservation. She requested to ask Hotels.com. Hotels.com staff supported us and sent us Facility ID and Reservation Code that is different from Reservation Number. Hotels.com said Reservation is sent electronically. After 1 hour, Finally hotel’s manager found our reservation on her own computer. I asked the staff what was problem and whose problem. She said 2 different company uses different...

「Excellnt! People are so friendly, and kind. their dog Jojo also welcome guests. The logde is new and clean. I like their early American style ornament and furniture. I’ve never stayed such cosy rocal lodge. 」
