"We didn’t stay. We when arrived, instead of a room in the guest house, we were expected to stay in a tentlike structure. In addition, the bathroom facilities were outdoor showers and commodes that required a climb up a set of stairs. Luckily we were able to secure a room at another facility.
The owner supposedly requested a refund for me but I haven’t heard whether this has been approved."

"Check in was great, bartender had a heavy pour. Some miscommunication was made regarding late checkout. I received a checkout of 1230, original was at 11. Receptionist called at noon regarding the 11am, I clarified that my early was granted. Seemed pretty annoyed, but no issues. Still awaiting my incidental to be paid back.
Room was clean, but a tad musty. 15th floor. 1st time here. Might do it again. 7.8/10."
"Me and my girlfriend stayed there to visit some family and friends for a couple nights. We enjoyed our stay! Everything was fine, breakfast each morning, the rooms, and the staff were very helpful! The only thing I would mention is that the parking was a little limited, and required us to walk far to the entrance. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay."
"The hotel staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. Manny, the bellman, was extremely knowledgeable about restaurants, stores and sight seeing places. The hotel restaurant service was awful. It took about 35 minutes to get our breakfast order and it was only lukewarm."
"Room was clean, mattress was comfortable. The bathroom was clean but very small, which is self explained due to the age of the building. The same is true for the elevators, they are so old I was waiting for the doors to open and see the Beatles in the elevator.
I had two beefs, one was with valet parking aas when we got to the Omni and when we left the hotel there was no effort by the Valet to even offer to help with our 2 pieces of luggage but they looked forward to a tip. The other was when we entered our room there were 2 bottles of water, and that was it. The next day when they serviced the room they were not replaced. For the price they charge to stay here they should have left a full case!
The best thing was that it was close to my family's home other than that I really wasn't impressed."
"Reserved a room for my adult kids to stay in DC overnight, and they were very pleased! Really enjoyed the hotel and its amenities, especially being able to leave their bags so they had less to carry to the museums."
