「The house was nice and cozy. When we first arrived, we didn't realize the reference to driveway parking did not mean the driveway on the side of the house. 「The house really sits on its beach with a rock surrounded natural pool at high tide. The weather was CRAZY with rain and wind. The house held the temperature and was comfortable as the temps dropped below freezing! FYI the 4th bedroom with the trundle bed hasn’t a door so hence not a lot of privacy. But we were all good friends;) it was a comfortable space for 5 women who were good friends」

「We had such a great experience here! Joseph was so gracious and responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay great. His place is so cute with a mix of whimsical and really convenient touches. Our dog loved the yard, too! The neighborhood is gorgeous, too. 「We stayed here over Easter while visiting our son at the Coast Guard Academy. After staying in New London multiple time, it was really nice to explore Niantic. The house was so cozy and very well stocked. We enjoyed sitting by the firepit. The beach at the end of the road was a quick walk, and my kids loved using the scooter and bikes that were available. 「We had a GREAT time here!! Just beautiful scenery all around. The cabin was well equipped with everything we needed essentially. I was quite impressed with how comfortable we actually were. There was a temporary power outage but it didn’t last long and management not only delivered more wood to us but also gave it to us for free as we wanted to spend our time outdoors during the outage. Im super happy to have had this experience and would absolutely be doing it again!! Thank you Postcard...
