「Nicely done, thoughtfully stocked kitchen, nice bedding. The outside needs a bit of work but inside was great!」

「The location of this property is excellent. The apartment is spacious and in a wonderful location in walking distance to everything in town. There are water views across the street, and that's lovely! Inside the floors are uneven and the layout is unusual. This was fine for us but wouldn't be if I was staying more than a night or two. For instance, the silverware is not in the same room as the kitchen. So preparing and serving a meal would not be as smooth as one might expect. The real issue...

「This was a 2 month stay for us and was not equipped for longer term stays. Storage is a challenge. On the plus side, the host is responds quickly and helped with any issues we had. The location was great as we needed to be in a specific area.」

「Nice place in Orange. Close to everything you could need. Older building, plenty of parking, quiet. Make sure you message host immediately if ANYTHING goes amiss (WiFi, any damage, etc).」

「It was close to a very pretty beach, which was nice. The neighborhood is very quiet. The only downside was that the bedrooms were up stairs and the stairs were very steep. I didn’t notice that in the write up to the property it might have changed my rental of it. I would rate it very highly for anyone that doesn’t have trouble with stairs. The air conditioning was excellent, and the property is well appointed the owners were lovely and responsive.」
