This beautiful cozy space can accommodate up to four people. Large bed is and sofa bed are big enough for two people each. There is a large room, private entrance, full bathroom, and the following are free for use: desktop computer, Keurig machine with assortment coffee, teas, snacks, drinking water bottles and sodas. Located conveniently a minute away from Route 95 on exit 31 in Stratford, CT.

The Space:
It’s a beautiful cozy space in lower level of a house. Large room with bed, sofa bed, table and chairs, work desk with desktop computer, and full bathroom with stand-in shower. Private entrance through backyard.

Host was great and stay was nice. Only thing I would say is we were looking forward to the pool because it was listed as a spa pool online, so we thought it would be warm but it was cold and not too clean. Other than that, communication and everything else was great. Arcade was a nice add. Would recommend!

Great Boston/ New York Adventure

We had a wonderful stay here. It was the perfect man cave for a mom and two teenage boys! It was very clean and the host was amazing! He was very very helpful with questions we had and things that we needed in the area. I would definitely stay with him again.

I definitely enjoyed my time here! I came in town to visit family for the holidays so we needed a place to stay. This property was literally minutes from where My family lived which made this a perfect location. I would definitely book this place again whenever I go back to visit

Nice, large space.

Mansoor's basement apartment is very large and spacious, comfortable and well-kept up. Very clean with all sorts of amenities.He was very clear with instructions on how to enter and was responsive to questions (though we just had one). We were very happy there and plan to stay there again in just a few weeks.

My husband and I had a great stay at Khalid. The studio was very clean, bed was comfortable. The place was well organized, the fridge was stocked up with goodies, including Keurig coffee machine, coffee, kettle, tea, and more. Host was communicative and very attentive. Will stay again.

My son thought the unit was super clean, warm and comfy which he loved. The location was great as he works in Fairfield. The host was very responsive. Would totally book again!

A perfect gateway for the day

The pool looked nothing like in the photo they posted. The grass was growing everywhere and we saw some dog poop on the ground in front of our door. Inside the place is clean and well-maintained. Overall I don’t have any bad experience with the inside.

Best Place we’ve stayed in Connecticut

My girlfriend and I stayed here Halloween weekend and had a very good time and calm and peaceful stay. Khalid has been very nice and accessible. He made checking in very smooth and easy and included many amenities such as snacks, soda, water, a flat screen tv, and disco lights. The room is very spacious and we felt at home. Khalid was very kind and thoughtful throughout our stay.

Short overnight

I arrived late from my greyhound and Mansoor was nothing but accommodating. Quiet area with food near by, a great shower, and comfy bed is all I needed. Thank you again!

Back yard was messy and dirty. VRBO was in basement and the stairs had treads on them that were not tacked down (very unsafe) VRBO was clean and quiet. Bed comfortable. Shower fine.

Host was very communicative

The rental was very close to as described. We didn’t realize the room was in the finished basement of the owners home with very steep stairs going down to the rental. The owner lives above the rental, with his children. It was well equipped and stocked with a lot of amenities and extras, which was very nice. Parking was easy and on a quiet street. Be aware that the ceilings are very low, so if you’re tall be careful. Overall a very nice stay.

The real Men's Cave.

The place is The Perfect Man's Cave. It is a renovated basement with a huge TV, computer, big comfortable bed, lots of decor like silly plaques, provided Coke and snacks, Disco lights and lots of other perks. For me, as a solo traveled woman, from the safety point of view, it is probably not the best choice (the neighborhood, the entrance from the backyard, 2 stairs and numerous locked doors in the basement). But it is just my own fears :) Overall it is clean and quiet, Mansoor is responsive to all questions and tries his best.

Heaven on earth

Everything was spotless clean. The sheets smell really good. There was no dust anywhere. There were so many little details that make me feel welcomed: shampo bottles, towels, fully stocked fridge (even with ice cream!), lots of snack, new appliances including keuring coffee machine. Everything was amazing. I went running to the meadows nearby (Mackinley Reservoir?). I saw the beach was just around the corner...well don for property owner. I asked for a HDMI cable, and it seemed brand new! Just amazing! I would go there anytime and I wished I stayed longer! Thank you!
