Business or Weekend escape

  • This beautiful, cozy space comfortably sleeps up to four, with both a large bed and a sofa bed that fit two guests each. You’ll have a spacious room all to yourself, complete with a private entrance and a full attached bathroom. Plus, you’re welcome to enjoy all our amenities for free! Everything is super conveniently located just a minute off Route 95 at exit 31 in Stratford, CT.


    You’re going to love kicking back and catching your favorite shows stress-free—we've got a massive 70-inch 4K TV with a 5.1 surround sound bar, plus full access to YouTube Premium Music, Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and an Arcade XL with 20 games! You'll have your own private entrance through the backyard, and since the entire lower level is all yours, you won't be sharing this cozy spot with anyone else.

    Because you have your own entrance, you won't need to interact with me at all, though please feel free to shoot me a text if you ever need any help! Just a quick heads-up that while smoking isn't allowed inside, you're more than welcome to head out to the yard if you need to.

    Also, just keep in mind that our outdoor pool is seasonal and won't be open until May 1st, 2027. Sorry for any inconvenience that might cause!

The room was very comfortable, and check in was smooth. I would caution families with small children from staying here, because of many of the signs decorating the interior are inappropriate (mild profanity, toilet humor). But the amenities were great, and the temperature was good, even though it's a basement unit.

I love the layout of this apt. Perfect for 2 to 3 people, it was clean and nothing out of place. The host was great and communicated well. I will be looking for this place again next year.

Enjoyed my stay here would book again

I definitely enjoyed my time here! I came in town to visit family for the holidays so we needed a place to stay. This property was literally minutes from where My family lived which made this a perfect location. I would definitely book this place again whenever I go back to visit

Great Accommodations!

Great Boston/ New York Adventure

We had a wonderful stay here. It was the perfect man cave for a mom and two teenage boys! It was very clean and the host was amazing! He was very very helpful with questions we had and things that we needed in the area. I would definitely stay with him again.

My husband and I had a great stay at Khalid. The studio was very clean, bed was comfortable. The place was well organized, the fridge was stocked up with goodies, including Keurig coffee machine, coffee, kettle, tea, and more. Host was communicative and very attentive. Will stay again.

Nice, large space.

Mansoor's basement apartment is very large and spacious, comfortable and well-kept up. Very clean with all sorts of amenities.He was very clear with instructions on how to enter and was responsive to questions (though we just had one). We were very happy there and plan to stay there again in just a few weeks.

My son thought the unit was super clean, warm and comfy which he loved. The location was great as he works in Fairfield. The host was very responsive. Would totally book again!

Host was great and stay was nice. Only thing I would say is we were looking forward to the pool because it was listed as a spa pool online, so we thought it would be warm but it was cold and not too clean. Other than that, communication and everything else was great. Arcade was a nice add. Would recommend!

A perfect gateway for the day

Best Place we’ve stayed in Connecticut

My girlfriend and I stayed here Halloween weekend and had a very good time and calm and peaceful stay. Khalid has been very nice and accessible. He made checking in very smooth and easy and included many amenities such as snacks, soda, water, a flat screen tv, and disco lights. The room is very spacious and we felt at home. Khalid was very kind and thoughtful throughout our stay.

Short overnight

I arrived late from my greyhound and Mansoor was nothing but accommodating. Quiet area with food near by, a great shower, and comfy bed is all I needed. Thank you again!

The pool looked nothing like in the photo they posted. The grass was growing everywhere and we saw some dog poop on the ground in front of our door. Inside the place is clean and well-maintained. Overall I don’t have any bad experience with the inside.

Back yard was messy and dirty. VRBO was in basement and the stairs had treads on them that were not tacked down (very unsafe) VRBO was clean and quiet. Bed comfortable. Shower fine.
