「Ok beautiful hotel but somewhat strange. You are not close to town yet there is no bar area or restaurant in the whole place? Exceptional decorated lobby and many areas to get together but without food/bar just not used by anyone in when we were there. You felt like you were in a quiet spa not a hotel. They do serve an excellent breakfast though.」

「Perfect respite from traveling up from Long Island. Accommodations were very comfortable. “Only” cause for concern was to pay $4.00 per cup of coffee. “Really” ?? after paying $157 for one night?」

「The Delaware was a convenient and lovely spot to spend the night on our way to Cape Cod. 」

「Our lunch on our arrival date was not as smooth as I expected. The server seemed new, maybe? and the bartender couldn't get one of our drinks to taste as it should. We were 4 but our server never noticed we only had 2 place settings so we had to get up and get them ourselves. Breakfast the next day was fine but again a bit off. One person asked for Earl Gray tea but was told they were out of it. However there was plenty in the station as you walk in where you get get your own coffee and tea. ...

「If an IKEA opened a beach motel it would look like the Surfside! Room was bare, cool and clean. The entire place (rooms and common areas) have the same flooring that was sticky no matter where you walk. If they un-sticky the floors this place is a cute little 10/10. The rest of it was really clean. People were really friendly, location is great.」
