「Breakfast was superb did not get to spa」

「Apart from my room which was warm and comfortable but lacked a bath towel, with only a shampoo and a very little round soap being provided, the whole place seemed sad and lonely. The Reception was poorly lit and signed, and was cold and damp; I appeared to be one of only two guests staying on the Saturday night and the guests in the room next to mine kept their television on until 5.15am and periodically seemed to drop something heavy on the floor. 「Room was ok . Dull dark decor and v small television. Table light worked but wonky and carpet threadbare in some areas . Clean . Check in was not very welcoming , lady seemed rushed and no pleasantries . Asked for more milk which didn’t get . Meal in the evening was good . Sticky toffee sauce was more like weak caramel. Decided not to stay the night so returned home so can’t comment on breakfast. Staff serving meal v good . 」

「ヨークへ行く途中で１泊しました。レンタカーで行きましたが、特に迷うことなく到着、到着後宿のご夫婦が出てきてくれて、部屋へ案内してくれました。到着が１９時半過ぎであり、前もって頼んでいなかったため、夕食は宿では食べれませんでしたが、朝食はボリューム満点で美味しかったです。特にソーセージが絶品。このソーセージは近くの知り合いが作っていると言っていました。」
