「Booked this room for my wife and I attend the large ships coming to Norfolk but as the event drew closer, seeing the large crowds from the earlier and given the high temperatures we decided to cancel our trip. Called the hotel and was tool we had to cancel the room through Expedia. I called and cancelled our trip. I received a cancellation from Expedia that the trip was cancelled. 「I was extremely satisfied with everything! The room was spacious and very clean. My grandson loved the pool. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely come again.」

「I wish the property had a pool and free breakfast included. I did not like how they take (hold) $100 during your stay. I was very low on money and I wasn't aware of that until after I checked in.」

「Unfortunately, this hotel is quite rundown. The windows were so filthy you couldn’t see out, the furniture was beat up and the carpet old and dirty. I was there for 7 nights on business and my room was only vacuumed once. One time they took the dirty towels out and didn’t replace them. The drink machines were not working on two floors, when I asked the front desk if they knew about this, they shrugged. Poor customer service and a poorly managed property.」

「Loved this stay! Such a perfect little waterfront spot. The room was very big as was the bathroom (double shower heads!). King bed was super comfortable. We loved having coffee on the deck in the morning. Took a little swim on the private beach and enjoyed the live music on a Friday evening at Decoys. We’d definitely stay here again if we were in the area!」
