「The room was very clean. The wallpaper between the shower head and the ceiling was pealing. Other than that the room was very clean. The staff was excellent and extremely friendly and helpful. Being able to get a light late evening meal was a plus.」

「Our bathroom could've been cleaner」

「No daily Maid service. Good value for the price.」

「Great trip, valet staff out of this world.」

「We chose the hotel for the indoor pool. We were not informed when booking that the pool was closed for repair which was very disappointing. We were stunned that housekeeping services were not preformed daily. The rooms are in dire need of renovation. We would choose another hotel in the area when visiting again.」

「The front desk staff were all kind, and the shuttle bus was convenient. I would like to stay here again when I travel to Norfolk for business. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.」
