The room was clean. In general the facility is well maintained. All the staff was very helpful and warm. The standout is the manager CeeCee. I am not sure if the correct spelling of her name. But, she is everything that hospitality stands for. I plan on calling corporate to sing her praises! Embassy Suites is the product we usually stay at in Ft. Lauderdale for a cruise. It seems like the culture is chain wide. I absolutely enjoyed staying here. We will be back!
