「Stayed for five nights for attending a conference by waterfront. Located in quiet residential area. Starbucks is just across the street and MacDonald and other restaurants are nearby. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is decent and prepared by a friendly staff. Slow WiFi is a negative point.」

「OMG the picture is sooo photo shopped ! The bathroom ceiling was falling in and brow stained! I I wouldn't have gotten in soo late because of weather delay! The bed was clean. No bugs we saw! The area is madness people up all night drinking and cussing! I would have left but I was leaving today ad yesterday I was gone until 9pm because I was going to Survivor the show auditions! My husband slept in his clothes ! We definitely was on Survivor! The pictures lie!」

「Stay away from this property if you are traveling to Portsmouth. The property is filled with long-term residents with a cast of characters from skid row. Some folks were smoking pot under the staircase going to the second floor. Between 3:30-4:00 AM, concert volume rap filled with expletives was blasted through out the compound. Consequent irritability caused by Lack of sleep from the loud music must have been the reason the residents started arguing almost continuously outside our door from...

「Breakfast was good on Sunday but other days wasn't good. 2nd floor corner had good views but kitchen had small aunts crawling around. 」

「Booked a 3 night stay on Expedia. The hotel was in a great location. Very clean, great in room amenities including a washer and dryer and kitchen. On the downside, I had to leave a day early unexpectedly and there were no refunds available for that night because we booked on Expedia, so be sure to look at all their policies if that is a concern for you. Overall, the hotel was a good choice, just disappointed to lose the money for a nights' stay.」

「My son & I had a phenomenal experience from the time we checked in until we checked out the staff was polite, friendly, and offered a ton of resources of things to do at the beach. If you’re looking for a hotel that has a bunch of amenities this one does not, but the rooms were wonderful and clean. And we were close to so many different things along the boardwalk. We definitely will return.」
