"Microwave broke on Christmas Day. Offer was made to replace it but holiday interfered with finding a suitable time prior to my departure so I used the cooktop to heat my food for the last three days of my stay. The cleaning person was very kind and helpful. That was my second stay at Concept Apartments and I will definitely stay there again if I am in London in the future. Highly recommend these apartments. "The room was very clean and pretty with good views of the small park. The staff was kind and helpful. It is in a perfect location for touring Central London. There are many wonderful locations nearby for food and it is only a few minutes away from Paddington station which is ideal for coming/going from Heathrow Airport and going sightseeing. All the major spots are only a twenty min tube ride away. Would definitely stay here again. I had a lovely time! "
