I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was cosy, elegant, and in the perfect location — quiet yet incredibly convenient. The staff were welcoming and genuinely friendly, which made the experience even better. I also loved that it was only an 8-minute walk from Marylebone Station, making it so easy to get around. Would definitely stay again!

This hotel is in a great location and it is a lovely hotel, the rooms are very nice. However I stayed in Room 3, which is in the basement floor, and I could hear every floorboard creak and movement in the reception and dining area above. I am a deep sleeper, but it kept me awake and woke me up, meaning the window I was able to sleep was between 12.30pm and 5am. Because of that, I would strongly recommend you do not stay in rooms 3 or 4! Really disappointing as I hoped to stay here regularly.
