"This is a fabulous hotel giving everything that a budget hotel can offer. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel looks very unassuming considering that it is in the central business district, opposite the central market but it is quite quite inside and safe. Lots of shopping and food around the area. "eventhough i already pay full payment via expedia n its successfull, the hotel staff still ask me to give them prove about the itinerary comfirmation from expedia.. they said there is no such booking eventho i alrdy give them prove. so i have to email expedia and report about it, i wait for so long at the counter. thank god expedia management deal with the hotel manager and they problem settle. acctually this is second time this happend and im very dissapointed with the hotel management."
