I reached out to Hotels.com for a refund, but the hotel lied to them and said I was offered a different room, so I haven't been refunded. I reported the property to the City of Albuquerque, for the fire hazard, and requested a chargeback from my credit card company for the room."

"The room was spotless and I wasn’t awakened by guests movements in the hall. There isn’t an elevator but a staff helped this old lady up the stairs with the luggage. But the bed was hard."
