「The VEAT staff and owners were extremely helpful to me during my stay there. The hotel is in a great location - easy walking distance to the waterfront and restaurants. It was very clean and quiet, and I think it's the perfect place to stay in Puerto Natales. The restaurant next door is owned by the same family that runs the VEAT and is excellent!」

「設備もとても綺麗で、シャワーの水圧も問題ないです。 スタッフの皆さんも感じが良く、とても親切です。UBERの乗り場を間違えて設定したときにはドライバーにスペイン後のSNSでメッセージを送ってくれました。 朝ごはんも希望すれば無料でランチボックスにしてくれました。トレッキングのランチになりました。 このホステルに宿泊することを強くお勧めします。」

「バス停からも近く、宿の方も親切でとても良かった。シャワーの圧や温度も良かった。一点、クレジットが使えるが手数料が高くかかるとのことで現金払いにした。一時的だと言っていたが不安な方は事前に確認した方がいいと思う。 Good location from bus terminal and very kind hospitality. Shower temperature and pressure is good. I really satisfied. Just one point, I did not use credit card due to high handling charge. Receptionist said it is temporary due to credit service company issue, but if you concern, it is better to ask prior to check in.」

「El staff super amigable. La atencion de 100. El unico detalle que no tiene absolutamente nada que ver con la atencion del hostal, es que se escucha mucho ruido de los automóviles durante la noche, entonces un recomendacion seria llevar tapones de oidos para quienes les cjesta conciliar el sueño.」

「バスターミナルから歩いて7～8分。下り坂です。 レストランの紹介をお願いしたら、直ぐ近くのホステルを紹介された。 2階の廊下を歩くとミシミシと音がした。」

「バスターミナルから徒歩10分。とてもキレイで居心地の良い宿です。朝食付きで、しかも深夜に用意してくれるので朝早い出発でも問題なく食べれます。wifiも速いです。キッチンもあり自炊可能。ツアーも紹介してもらえます。」
