「I do not enjoy writing bad reviews but I think it’s very misleading that this place has a rating of 4.5 stars. I stayed for 6 nights and never once was my room cleaned. I had to ask for fresh towels twice during my stay as well as toilet paper and my trash cans became so full as they were never emptied. The shower curtain was stained and dingy as it is not washed between guests and many of the blankets and pillows had stains and looked gross as I’m sure they are also not laundered with each new...

「Prachtige paalwoning met uitzicht op de baai. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw bij check in en ontbijt! Goede restaurants dichtbij. 」

「Good location and adequate parking given that it was low season. Facilities are well maintained, which was surprising as I did not see any staff other than the owner during my stay. Unexpectedly, the hotel does not provide breakfast and I did not get any soap as well. Overall, I will probably look for a different place next time I stop in beautiful Puerto Varas」

「Muy atentos y amables El único tema que se oye todo de las habitaciones. Con respecto al precio al ser extranjeros sé que no deben cobrar impuestos y que como ley en Chile uno debe mostrar el PDI de ingreso al país para que este impuesto no sea cobrado. 」

「Francisco was an excellent host and very helpful and spoke excellent English which was super helpful for this gringo for getting around town. The location was good with close proximity to everything. I think it might be unadvisable to walk the neighborhood at night, but I ended up walking back at 1am and all was fine. Everything was clean and fresh. Complimentary breakfast provided. The price can't be beat! Couldn't ask for more for a place to stay for a few nights in Santiago.」
