It is quiet, spacious and clean, abd has a reasonably well equipped kitchen. "I booked this 2 days, maybe 3, in advance. The property never sent me a confirmation. Nothing. I arrived in Puerto Natales and took a taxi to the property. They never heard of me. Wouldn't let me in. I had to scramble to book another hotel, on the spot, for more money. This booking was "unrefundable". So, I'm out for 4 nights of payment and got NOTHING FOR IT. I will NEVER book a VRBO on Orbitz or Expedia again. What a horrible experience. "

"La.maison est mal propre, les matelas noirci, les ustensiles de cuisines sale, pas assez d'ustensiles ppir 10.personnes. La maison sens le moissi. Elle n'offre pas de draps ( ce n'etait pas stipulé dans l'affichage, quand j'ai reservé), elle.me.charge 30 eu pour me preter des draps et des servilletes mais elle arrive avec des draps sale avec mauvaise odeurs et 2 servilletes pour 10 personnes!!!! L'hôte n'est pas tres agreable a rencontrer, elle a l'air d'être derranger, ne reponds pas au...
