Great Place

Very comfortable, excellent location and friendly, helpful staff. I was very happy that I could have a late checkout while I waited to board the ferry nearby, (well worth the extra $).

Good customer service, very clean, great location, nice breakfast. A plus is that breakfast open early ( 6 am) then you can have breakfast before your excursion Only negative is the room size

Great simple hotel

Nice, clean, simple spot. good breakfast. I lost my phone and the staff were extremely helpful, letting me use their computer etc.

Lovely new hotel. Friendly staff Clean hotel Great location Good price for money Average breakfast Noise problem in the bedroom. The walls are so small that you can hear the guests in the bedroom near yours.

As others have mentioned, the walls are quite thin so you can easily hear through them. Thankfully when I was there all of the guests were very respectful and quiet so it wasn’t that big of an issue. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful

Great.

Right now it is an amazing place to stay and great value. I don't know if the build quality is good enough though. Coffee machine was broken, which is unacceptable to me. Also the room is small, so probably not the best if you want to stay for a week. Still, the best hotel i've had in chile.

Stay was overall good. There were friendly staff. But I was told by Expedia to re-submit my review. Some Of the staff needs culture/ race sensitivity training. It’s noisy, you can hear people’s conversations along the hallway and the other rooms. Not much privacy.

This place is SO loud. The hallways are terrible. If you are exhausted after trekking, or wanting a relaxing retreat, this isn’t a place for you. If you are wanting a place to literally rest your head and nothing else, first up and last home, you’ll be fine. Otherwise you’ll be awoken. Many bugs and no air con too. Also no tv

The floors in the hallways have grates in them letting noise echo throughout the building. There is no soundproofing of any kind so you can hear every word of conversations happening several floors below you and of people in the room next door. The floors of the room were also disgustingly dirty, they clearly had not been cleaned in weeks or months.

Good location, clean and comfortable. No elevator for guests but only for your bags. You can find good restaurants, big and small supermarkets, and shops around the hotel.

Nice clean rooms. Good breakfast. Staff are very helpful. Short walk to the waterfront. My friend and I left our luggage at the hotel for safekeeping while we embarked on our 8-day O Circuit Trek trip. I will stay at this hotel if I visit Puerto Natales again.

Be aware

Friendly hotel and simplistic design. Unfortunately paper thin walls make it difficult to sleep and it’s quite close to a noisy harbor.

Excellent staff and service.

We stayed two nights a few days apart. The first room was not very good. Things did not work well in it. They made up for it with our next night. Stay gave us a wonderful room where everything worked beautifully warm and cozy hotel overall!
