The hotel is very clean and accessible to restaurants, groceries and attractions in Puerto Natales. The hotel staff especially James and the young lady during check-in were very attentive to our needs.

Good location, clean and comfortable

Good location, clean and comfortable. No elevator for guests but only for your bags. You can find good restaurants, big and small supermarkets, and shops around the hotel.

Great Place

Very comfortable, excellent location and friendly, helpful staff. I was very happy that I could have a late checkout while I waited to board the ferry nearby, (well worth the extra $).

Nice clean rooms. Good breakfast. Staff are very helpful. Short walk to the waterfront. My friend and I left our luggage at the hotel for safekeeping while we embarked on our 8-day O Circuit Trek trip. I will stay at this hotel if I visit Puerto Natales again.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for two nights. The reception staff were really helpful with booking us a tour and taxi to the airport. You can hear some noise in the corridor but it wasn’t as bad as the other reviews suggest and we slept through. Breakfast was also great.

Staffs are friendly and professional. The unit is little small but it was functional. You can hear the echoes of doors opening/closing through the hallway, but unit has ear plugs to reduce the noise. The breakfast had time slots to limit the number of guests at the same time in cafeteria, so it wasn't crowded. The food was great with lots of options.
