"The staff were all very helpful from arranging airport transfer through check in and departure as well as a rental car. Great location."

"I really have nothing negative to say about this hotel, or its staff. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh linen and towels. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of cooked and continental items. The hot items could have been hotter, but that is a small gripe. The staff were very efficient clearing tables, and replenishing items. We never got to grips with the coffee machine in our room, but that is probably our fault. The fridge in the room was useful. The location is excellent for the old town, surrounded by lovely shops and restaurants. There was a bit of noise from one of the restaurants one night, but that is all, and it didn't go on too late. The air-con was efficient, although we didn't always need it as it wasn't particularly hot when we were there. The receptionist was a joy, not particularly knowledgeable, but her jolly personality made up for that."

"I am so happy that we found this hotel. My girlfriend and I stayed on the third floor and it was an amazing time. The hotel is owned by a local family and the woman that runs it is an amazing person. She was very hospitable and friendly and gave us tons of local knowledge and restaurant suggestions. Our trip was infinitely better because of her knowledge and wisdom of the island she showed us what beaches what restaurants and what areas to visit. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Another thing that is perfect about this hotel is it’s located in the center of old town so you are right in the heart of everything. One thing to note there is no elevator so just be prepared to carry your suitcases to your floor. It’s not a big deal. I just wanted to put that out there because it matters to some people. When we return to Crete, I will 100% stay at this hotel again."

"Amazing stay. Staff was super helpful. Breakfasts were delightful, especially when we discovered that we could order Greek yoghurt, drizzled with honey and with diced fruit. Very refreshing and a perfect beginning to the day. Location is perfect. Parking is a real challenge but we got lucky almost every day finding street parking relatively close by. In short, absolutely wonderful experience."
